EUGENE, OR -- Khari Webb’s final day in a Collierville uniform was nothing short of remarkable—and a fitting end to the greatest careers in program history.
In her final event of the Heptathlon at USA Track and Field Championships, the 800 meters, Webb delivered a powerful performance, winning her heat with a time of 2:18.36.
When the final points were tallied, the Vanderbilt signee finished 7th overall with 5,113 points, earning All-American honors at one of the most prestigious meets in the country. Her performance also secured her an invitation opportunity for Team USA, a testament to her standing among the nation’s elite.
Webb’s grueling two-day effort with the seven competitions—highlighted by a first-place finish in the high jump, top finishes across multiple disciplines, and a strong closing 800m—solidified her legacy.
There is little debate: Khari Webb leaves Collierville High School as the most accomplished track and field athlete in program history. Her impact extends beyond records and medals—she redefined excellence for the Dragons and set a standard that will inspire the Collierville Track and Field program for years to come.
