As the Collierville High School volleyball team gears up for their highly anticipated annual trip to Alabama in early September, they’ve already made a strong impression with a flawless start to the season.

The team showcased their dominance on the court by securing three convincing victories to kick off the month. Their impressive performance included a trio of 3-0 sweeps against Hernando (MS), Brighton, and Northpoint Christian.

CHS (12-0) is now set to test their perfect start to the season with the Alabama trip this weekend. On Friday, September 6th, Collierville will face off against Bob Jones High School at 4 PM, followed immediately by a match against Fort Payne High School at 5 PM. Both contests will take place at Bob Jones in Madison, Alabama. These matches are expected to be a significant challenge and a true test of the team's resilience and skill.

The excitement continues on Saturday, September 7th, as the team competes in the prestigious Tournament of Champions in Guntersville. Their day will start with pool play, where they will square off against James Clemens (AL) and Model (GA). After completing their pool play, Collierville will face the Oakland Patriots in bracket play, setting the stage for their placement in the tournament’s final bracket.
