The Collierville High School men's bowling team suffered defeat in their season opener on Wednesday afternoon vs Arlington, 20-7, at Cordova Bowling Center.
Picking up points for the Dragons in the American 10 - Pin Game 1 was John Frankenberger and Colin Wray as they defeated their Tiger opponents.
In Game 2, Merrick Shumaker and Frankenberger picked up points.
Collierville defeated Arlington in Baker Game 1, 134-129, to earn 3 points. The Dragons fell in Baker Game 2, 115-102.
The next match will be the home opener on November 1st when the Dragons welcome the Millington Trojans to 901 Bowl at Funquest. Game time is set for 3:30pm and is free admission.
