The Collierville High School cross country teams had their second race of the season on Saturday night, running at the City Auto Memphis Twilight Classic at Mike Rose Soccer Complex in Memphis. The women's team finished sixth and the men finished fifth overall.

Dragon standout Ava Lang led the way for the Collierville women, finishing in the Top 20, 18th place, with a run at 20:01.40. For the men, Reid Gulstrom placed in the Top 50 with a time of 17:19.53.

Rounding out the 6th place finishers for the women's team and Top 100 were: Scarlett Nash (27th, 20:25.21), Maya McCloskey (42nd, 20:54.71), Lauren Moerbe (81st, 21:55.78) and Kirsten Dobson (98th, 22:16.27).

For the men's side, Ty Durst (53rd, 17:21.23), Jacob Roper (60th, 17:31.69), Andrew Graham (63rd, 17:34.31), and Colin Sabo (95th, 17:56.30) rounded out the top-five finishers behind Gulstrom and additionally each placing in the Top 100.

Up next, the Dragons will compete at the Southern Showcase in Huntsville, Ala., on September 15.
