Collierville softball topped Houston, 13-10, at Grace Evangelical Church on Monday evening.

With their fifth straight victory, the Dragons improved to 6-1 on the year.

Emma Wolfe got the win in the circle for Collierville. Wolfe went 5 innings before giving the ball to Molly Davis in relief; who earned the save by getting the final six outs.

Collierville got off to a hot start and took a 6-0 lead in the 3rd inning. The Mustangs battled back, but the Dragons never trailed and immediately answered the challenge.

MacKenzie Guess, and Wolfe, had three hits each to lead the potent Dragons line-up. Davis, Addison Morgan, and Carli Crisp each had a pair of hits. Blue Mountain signee, Maryn Macri, belted a home run late in the game that solidified the victory.

The Dragons are back in action on Tuesday in hopes to continue the winning streak at Germantown. First pitch is slated for 4pm.
