Collierville High School celebrated their four volleyball seniors on Tuesday while sweeping the Hernando Tigers in three sets, 25-12, 25-19, 25-19.
Seniors Mary Addisyn Stubbs, Jenny Holtman, Abbi Peterson, and Kylie Lapham have led the Dragons to a 28-8 mark in 2022. CHS Vollleyball has advanced to the TSSAA State Championships all three years of their high school careers.
They and their teammates will have a chance to build on an impressive resume with an opportunity at another regular season district championship. On Thursday, Collierville will host Bartlett in the MTM Fieldhouse at 6pm. With a win, the Dragons will claim the outright regular season title and earn the #1 seed in next week's district tournament.
The District Tournament 15-AAA tournament is scheduled to begin October 4.
