The Collierville Dragons softball team had no trouble versus Houston on Thursday (April 14), winning big 11-1.

Houston scored their lone run, unearned, in the first inning before Dragons hurler Emma Wolfe shutdown the Mustangs for the next five innings. Wolfe struck out seven and walked two in the 6 inning mercy rule win.

Offensively Collierville put up four runs in the first and third innings before ended the game with three runs in the sixth.

The Dragons tallied ten hits on the day. Katelyn Harmon, Kinsley Scallions, Addison Morgan, and Molly Davis all had multiple hits. Harmon, a Delta State signee, went 3-for-4 at the plate.

Collierville (15-6) will host Whitehaven on Friday. First pitch is scheduled for 5pm.
