The awards and recognition continue for the Collierville High School Volleyball team. Head Coach, Lindsey Vicknair, was tabbed by the Commercial Appeal as Coach of the Year. Outside hitter, Rachel McCollum, and libero, Kari McLarnon, were named first-team all metro. They are two of six nominees for Memphis Player of the Year that will be announced in the spring. Sophomore sensation Campbell McKinnon was named second team all-metro. Dragons Volleyball won 39 matches in 2021, the District 15-AAA title, Region title, Sectional title and had a 2-2 showing at the Class AAA state tournament.
