A sign of a good team is a team that can come from behind. That was certainly the case Friday night (May 21) at Forklift Field inside Landers SportsPlex. With their backs against the wall and down 6-0, the Lady Dragons came back to tie the game and eventually come out on top with a 9-8 victory that sends them to the TSSAA State Championships next week in Murfreesboro.

"This team is unbelievable," said Dragons Coach Mike Bradley. "They just don't quit."

Collierville improves to 28-5 and awaits for next week's state tournament bracket to be released.
