After a frustrating 0-0 result last time out against the Bartlett Panthers, the Collierville High School men's soccer came out on fire in the district semi-final match. The Dragons netted three goals in the first half from Michael Soper, Luke Johnson, and Jared Uribe and the defense was steady that gave the Dragons a 3-1 victory in the win or go home match.
With the victory, the Dragons secure a spot in next week's regional and will travel to Crump Stadium to take on the Memphis Central Warriors. Weather permitting, the game is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday.
Collierville soccer boosts their overall season record to 8-0-3.
