The Collierville High School softball team advances in the winner's bracket of the District 15-AAA tournament after Thursday (May 6) Game 1 victory, 16-5, over Southwind.
Erica Baker went 4-4 to lead the offensive outburst. Taylor Smrt, Katelyn Harmon, and Maryn Macri had multiple hits. Kate Hogan homered. Molly Davis earned the win in the circle with seven strikeouts in 5 innings of work.
The Lady Dragons will host Houston, Friday (May 7), at 5pm.
