The Collierville High School Lady Dragon soccer team continued their impressive start to the 2025 season with a commanding 6-2 victory over St. George’s on Tuesday night at home. The win keeps the Lady Dragons undefeated, moving their record to 5-0-1.
Avi Pompa opened the scoring early in the first half, setting the tone for the evening. Moments later, Sophie Cogan found the back of the net to extend the lead to 2-0. St. George’s responded with a goal midway through the half, but Collierville quickly regained control.
Kaitlyn Lewis added a goal to push the lead to 3-1, followed by Cogan’s second of the night to close out the half with a 4-1 advantage.
In the second half, Caroline Anglin and Ellie Delaney each scored to seal the victory for the Lady Dragons. Despite a late goal from St. George’s, Collierville’s offense proved too powerful, ending the match with a 6-2 final score.
