Addison Morgan hit two home runs and drove in five as Collierville Softball defeated Northpoint Christian 10-6 on Monday. Morgan homered in the third and fourth innings.

The Lady Dragons opened the scoring in the top of the first thanks to a run of singles capped off by Morgan's RBI single. Two more Dragons crossed the plate in the third inning to extend the lead to 4-1. Runs were driven in by Morgan's solo home run and Sara Depperman's single.

Joesy Jones homered to center field for Northpoint in the bottom of the third to tie the game at 4. A home run to left field and off the foul pole by Morgan gave the Dragons a 7-4 lead in the top of the fourth.

Collierville tallied 17 hits in the game led by Isabella Blue Flanders, Kendall Harper, and Morgan who each collected 3 hits. Karrington Mitchell and Ashlyne Gerrey each collected multiple hits as well.

Kendall Harper earned the win for Collierville. The starting pitcher surrendered seven hits and six runs over seven innings of work while striking out one.

Collierville is next in action on Tuesday as they travel to Houston. First pitch is at 6:30pm.
