ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT: Thank you for submitting the annual financial form that is due each year on July 15.

ANNUAL INFORMATiON FORM: The SSO Annual Information form for 2023-24 is due August 15, 2023.

Updates to this year’s form include: 1.) the authorized bank signers for the bank institution and 2.) a list of debit card holders. Board officers are to be mindful that two signatures are required for all checks. Collierville Schools employees/coaches are not authorized bank signers or authorized to be in possession of a SSO debit card.

BUDGETS, BYLAWS, AND CHARTER DOCUMENTATION
All fall sports budgets, bylaws, and charter documentation are due August 15.
All winter sports and Fine Arts/CTE budgets, bylaws, and charter documentation are due October 15.
All spring sports budgets, bylaws, and charter documentation are due December 15.

BANK STATEMENTS: Bank statements will continue to be addressed to the school and on file.
