Tommy Drogemuller, Jack Lester, and Cael Allen combined to limit Murfreesboro Oakland to one run on five hits in Collierville's 2-1 victory at Huntsville, Alabama's Spring Take Off Series on Saturday afternoon.

Drogemuller, a transfer from Illinois, was effective in his first career start by tossing 4 2/3 scoreless innings. The southpaw had three strikeouts while earning the win. Allen earned the save, as he relieved Lester with the bases loaded in the top of the 6th. The 6'3, 205 sophomore transfer from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania finished the game with two innings of no-hit ball.

The Dragons (9-1) took the lead in the bottom of the 3rd. Pinch-running for Tanner Wages, Tanish Gadiraju scored on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Thomas Crabtree.

Collierville would add the game-winning run in the 4th. Brody Winemiller delivered a clutch two-out single to score Matthew Autry after his double.

Autry had his third consecutive two-hit performance with a pair of doubles. Austin Smith also had two hits.

Collierville will go for win number 10 on Monday. The Dragons host Christian Brothers High School at Patriot Bank Park. First pitch is slated for 6:30pm.
