The Collierville men's basketball team defeated Bartlett 57-54 in the District semifinals on Saturday.
The Dragons (18-13) will face the Southwind Jaguars at 7:30pm on Tuesday for an opportunity at the District Title.
Collierville trailed early and the Panthers led after one quarter 14-12. Bartlett then extended their lead to nine at halftime, 32-23.
As the case all year, senior duo TJ McNeal and Alex Vandenbergh knew they had to lead the fight for a comeback. And that they did.
The Dragons would outscore the Panthers 20-8 in the third quarter and take their first lead of the game. They ended the third with a 43-40 lead.
The three point difference would be the same for the final as Collierville prevailed to take down Bartlett 57-54.
Vandenbergh finished with 16 points. McNeal had 20 points.
Collierville's initial goal of a district championship remains in sight. The Dragons will have a tough challenge against Southwind on Tuesday. Tip-off is set for 7:30pm inside Collierville High School's My Town Movers Fieldhouse.
