The Collierville Lady Dragons had a late lead against Arlington on Friday (Jan. 27) in a District 15-AAAA match-up, but were unable to finish on top. Arlington had a late surge and came out with a 70-67 victory.

In the men's game, the Dragons cruised to a 65-42 win - their 15th of the season. Alex Vandenbergh had 19 points to lead all scorers. T.J McNeal (15 points) and Antonio Thompson (10 points) both also scored in double digits.

The CHS basketball teams will be back in action on Tuesday when they host Germantown.
