The Collierville High School baseball team picked up their second win of the early 2022 season, 5-2, over Knights Baseball Academy (Nashville Home School). Union University signee Grant Ross delivered on the mound for the Dragons. Ross (1-0) earned the win and Keaton Baird picked up the save while getting the team out of a based loaded jam in the top of the 7th.

Ross pitched five innings and gave up one hit and one run with eight strikeouts and also doubled twice, scored three runs and stole three bases.

Collierville (2-0) will host Pope John Paul II Thursday evening, 6:30pm, at Patriot Bank Park.
