COLLIERVILLE SWIMMING IMPRESSES ON DAY 1 OF STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

It was a great day for Collierville High School Swim Team at the Tennessee High School State Swim Meet on Friday. The relay teams impressed. CHS girls 200 medley (all freshman) broke the school record and finished 11th out of 49 schools in the state. Freshman Evelyn Munz finished 8th in the state for the 100 fly. Senior Zach Byars finished 14th in the state for the 200 IM. The CHS boys 200 medley relay team finished 12th out of 49 schools and Zach Byars broke a school back stroke record. Freshman Kylie Landry broke her own backstroke team record Friday night as well. Congrats to all team members and Coach Gui!
