Damen Pullen is getting hot at the right time for Collierville Wrestling. For the second weekend in a row, the sophomore advanced to the finals. At the Ariel-Rojas Avila Memorial Tournament on Saturday (Jan. 15), Pullen defeated Dylan Davenport from Sycamore to take the 126 title. Senior standout Cameron Cook suffered his first loss of the season to defending state champion, Logan Heckert, from Sycamore in the 160 first place match. Collierville's Derek Corbin (145) and Aiden Miller (170) each won their third place match.

The Dragons finished 7th overall.

Sycamore won the event with a score of 211.5. Green Hill (181.5), Friendship Christian (128.5), Montgomery Central (120.5) and Clarksville Northwest (105) finished as the Top Five.

Antioch (85), Collierville (83.5), Goodpasture (83), Clarksville (76), and White House (70) completed the Top 10 finishers.
