Alec Tipton led the Collierville High School men's basketball team with 11-points and Madison Taylor had 10-points, but the Dragons fell to Whitehaven. 64-54, at Germantown in a 1st round matchup of the Oseman Insurance Holiday Invitational. With the loss, the Dragons fall to 7-2, while Whitehaven stays perfect at 11-0.

Trailing by double-digits the majority of the game, Collierville made a strong 4th quarter push and got within 5 points with 6:30 to play. The size and athleticism of Whitehaven was just too much for the Dragons to overcome. Collierville will look to rebound in the consolation bracket on Tuesday, 3pm, when they play Bolton at Germantown.
