The Collierville Men's Basketball team earned another decisive victory Tuesday (Nov. 23) with an 89-22 victory over Westwood at My Town Movers Fieldhouse.

Collierville (3-0) earned their third victory to begin the 2021-22 season under Coach Cedric Henderson.

Offensively the Dragons continue to have a balance attack and the court awareness to find the open man has been a success for their game plan. Junior power forward Alex Vandenbergh led the efforts against the Longhorns with 13 points. The talented backcourt trio of Alec Tipton (11 points), Phil Dotson (10 points), and TJ McNeal (10 points) each had double-digit performances to round out the scoring.

Next up will be the season's marquee game and the biggest test in recent years for Collierville Basketball. The Dragons will welcome perennial power Chicago Simeon to My Town Movers Fieldhouse on Saturday (Nov. 27) in the Collierville vs. Chicago Classic. Simeon is the alma mater to former University of Memphis star Derrick Rose (Knicks), Duke's Jabari Parker (Celtics), llinois/Oakland player Kendrick Nunn (Lakers), and Iowa State's Talen Horton-Tucker (Lakers). Tip-off is scheduled for 5pm.
