Collierville shooting guard Davon Barnes made his official announcement Thursday afternoon inside the school's My Town Movers Fieldhouse. Barnes will continue his academic and athletic career at Texas Southern University and play for former University of Memphis and LSU head coach Johnny Jones. Texas Southern, a Division I institution, made the big dance this spring. The TSU Tigers beat Mt. St. Mary's and lost to Big Ten champion - Michigan.
