Collierville High School senior basketball standout, Davon Barnes, was named first team All-Metro by the Commercial Appeal. Barnes was a key piece to leading the Dragons Basketball team back to the state tournament for the first time in nearly 50 years. He averaged 18.8 points and 6.4 rebounds for the Scott Robinson led team.

Barnes was joined on the first-team with Tyler Byrd (Tipton-Rosemark), Chandler Jackson (Christian Brothers), Kameron Jones (ECS), and Houston's Jonathan Lawson and Mason Miller.
