The Commercial Appeal's No. 6-ranked Collierville men's basketball team continued one of their best starts in program history after defeating Memphis Business Academy 93-35 Tuesday (Jan. 26) to improve to 16-5 at MBA.

Collierville exploded from the start and held a 29-10 lead after one quarter of play. The Dragons never looked back and eclipsed their highest point mark for the season. It was MBA's season opener for 2020-21.

Davon Barnes scored 22 points, leading five players in double figures. T.J. McNeal, Jordan Coleman, Jordan Jenkins and Alec Tipton each finished with 12 points. Collierville will be back in action on Friday at Union City. Tip-off is set for 6:30pm.
