The Collierville High School Lady Dragons women's basketball team took over the top spot in the District 15-AAA standings after their 57-47 victory over Houston. Collierville controlled the game for the majority of the first half and accelerated in the second half for the double-digit margin victory. Junior guard Nakiyah Westbrook continued to flash signs of her steady improvement with a 22-point performance. Mallory Taylor also had another great night and posted 14 points.

Collierville (11-3), still getting back into game shape after a 2-week quarantine, will try and continue to improve Saturday at Bartlett. The Lady Dragons and Lady Panthers tip-off at 4:30pm in the Panther Palace.
