Tryouts for the 2020 boys and girls golf team will be held August 12th at Timber Truss golf course starting at 3:30pm. Each player will need to bring $10 for green fees. Range balls can also be purchased for an additional fee.

Prior to tryouts each player needs to have a physical dated after April 15, 2020. Please bring your physical form to the tryouts. Each player needs to complete the participation forms on Dragonfly Max. The directions are below.

PARENT INSTRUCTIONS

Visit www.dragonflymax.com, click “LOG IN / SIGN UP” and follow prompts

On the sign-up page, click “Sign Up for Free”.

Follow the prompts to create your Parent Account with your name and e-mail

Enter your child’s School Code when prompted and confirm that is the correct school (CHS code is P09ADR)

Click “Add A Child” in the DragonFly MAX website, then follow the prompts to create your child’s profile and complete his/her participation forms, including uploading any necessary documents.

Please complete ALL FORMS. Once complete, you can review his/her profile OR add another child’s profile.

Now that you’re done, it’s encouraged to download DragonFly MAX from the App Store.
