Collierville Schools has announced a Strength Training Camp designed specifically for the Class of 2030, offering current eighth graders an opportunity to prepare for the physical demands of high school athletics.
The camp will be led by Head Football Coach Joe Rocconi and Head Strength and Conditioning Director Austin King.
The month-long camp will run from March 23rd through April 22nd, taking place every Monday and Wednesday in the Indoor Practice Facility on the campus of Collierville High School. Sessions will be held from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Designed exclusively for current 8th graders, the Strength Training Camp will introduce fundamentals of weight training, mobility, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance.
