The Collierville High School men’s bowling team continued its strong start to the 2025-26 season, earning a decisive 20-7 victory over a talented Millington squad on Wednesday.

The match began with a tight battle in Game 1 of the American-10 pin format, as the Dragons and Trojans split 3-3. Collierville, however, claimed the two bonus points by winning total pinfall 804-758.

In Game 2, Collierville dominated, winning four games and tying two without a single loss. The Dragons again secured the bonus points with an impressive 872-764 pinfall advantage.

The baker’s round saw the teams split, but Collierville’s consistency proved decisive. The Dragons knocked down 1,908 pins overall compared to Millington’s 1,750, sealing the match.

With the win, Collierville improves to 2-0 on the season and will return to action next Wednesday at home against Arlington. The match is set for 3:30 p.m. at 901 Bowl.
