Caroline Anglin and Ella Delaney each netted a pair of goals as the Collierville Lady Dragons soccer team cruised to a commanding 6-0 win over Arlington on Tuesday evening. Anglin struck twice in the first half, while Delaney matched her with two goals in the second half.
Kaitlyn Lewis closed out the first half with a goal that sent the Lady Dragons into halftime with a 3-0 lead. Piper Williams capped off the scoring late in the match, securing the shutout win on their home field.
With the victory, Collierville improves to 7-0-1 overall and opens District 15 play at 1-0. The Lady Dragons will look to keep their unbeaten streak alive when they host Munford on Tuesday, September 30th, with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.
