The Collierville High School football team delivered a statement win Friday night, steamrolling the previously undefeated Arlington Tigers with a commanding 58-0 victory on the road. The Dragons bounced back in emphatic fashion after last week's disappointing home loss to Madison Ridgeland Academy, showcasing explosive offense and a lockdown defense in a performance that left no doubt.

Collierville (3-2) wasted no time, racing to a 30-0 lead by the end of the first quarter. Emmanuel Palmer was electric early, hauling in touchdown passes from Cayson Stanford and Brayden Santibanez. Special teams joined the scoring frenzy with Caleb Woods returning a blocked punt for a touchdown. Lawrence Autry, a Tulane commit, added a rushing score, and the defense forced a safety to cap off the dominant opening frame.

The second quarter saw more fireworks. Autry found the end zone again, Santibanez scrambled for a touchdown, and connected with Palmer once more on a dart to the end zone. By halftime, the Dragons led 51-0, setting a new school record for most points in a half.

With the mercy rule in effect, the second half featured a running clock. Dillan Vaughn added the final dagger with a 4-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. Hayden Hollenbeck was perfect on the night, going 8-for-8 on extra point attempts.

Santibanez led a trio of quarterbacks, completing 8 of 9 passes for 127 yards, orchestrating a balanced and efficient aerial attack.

The Dragons return home next Friday night to face Bartlett at Dragon Stadium at Landers SportsPlex. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m., and fans are encouraged to purchase tickets online to avoid long lines at the gate.
